The application fee is currently $75.
You may pay the application fee by either check or credit card.

Paying by check:

Check must have a U.S. bank on it.  U.S. travelers checks are ok.

We can only accept credits cards if they have the same name as the applicant student.

• Signature (signature must be on the fax)
