You may now take the Infection Control course online.

In order to receive your certificate, you must receive a passing grade of 70% or higher. You will then be instructed to pay by credit card and MUST immediately print out your certificate as you will be unable to return to that page. If you wish to pay by check ($50 payable to SUNY Optometry) your certificate will be mailed to you approximately one month after payment is received.
