For official transcripts you can visit the Office of Registrar during regular hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) for assistance or mail your request to us.

Transcripts are not processed on the spot. All requests are processed in 3-4 business days of their receipt.

Transcript requests will NOT be processed until all financial obligations to the college are met.

Instructions:

1. Print the Transcript Request Form (PDF)
2. Fill in all the information and sign
3. Bring in person or send by mail to
