Ms. Warwick joined the College of Optometry in 1984. As Vice President for Institutional Advancement, she is responsible for development, public relations, media relations, alumni affairs and government relations. She also serves as Executive Director of the Optometric Center of New York, the campus-related foundation.

Ms. Warwick received a BA degree in English from the College of St. Elizabeth and an MA degree in Comparative Literature from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Prior to joining the College, she held positions as Women’s Editor and columnist for the Ridgewood Newspapers, Inc.; Director of Public Relations for Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.; chief speechwriter for the National Jewish Hospital and Research Center’s East Coast fundraising events: Director of Public Relations and adjunct professor of journalism at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ.

She is recipient of the Dr. Arthur Gottlieb Leadership Award by the New York State Optometric Association, and elected to the inaugural SUNY University Affairs Hall of Fame.
