Liduvina Martinez-Gonzalez joined the College in 1990 and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer.  Since her joining, she has held other important positions such as Assistant Director, Associate Director and Interim Chief Operating Officer.  She also served as a Site Supervisor for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO)-Clinical Skills Examination for over 10 years and was awarded the first President's Merit and Excellence Award.

Prior to joining SUNY Ms. Martinez-Gonzalez was an Associate Director at Morrisania Diagnostic and Treatment Center of the NYC Health Hospitals Corporation where she was responsible for the day-to-day management of a center with 150,000 annual visits.

She is a member of several professional groups  including the American Public health Association, the American College of Health Care Executives and Health Care Leaders of New York.
