Pamela Lederman currently holds a position within the Department of Institutional Advancement, as the Associate Director of Development.

Prior to joining the college in 2007, Ms. Lederman held Fundraising Positions at the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Lighthouse International and Girl Scouts of the USA. She also consulted at amFAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research and Housing Works, Inc.

She is a member of the Women in Development of New York and is currently Co-Chair on the Faculty/Staff Fundraising Campaign.
