Biography

Dr. Maria Miranda is an Assistant Clinical Professor, serving in the Specialty Contact Lenses department. A 1996 graduate from SUNY Optometry, Dr. Miranda completed a fellowship with SUNY Optometry Ophthalmic Consultants at the NY Eye & Ear Infirmary in 1988, and a residency with the SUNY Optometry / Segundo Ruiz Belvis Diagnostic and Treatment Center   Residency Urban Family Practice in 1995.

Dr. Miranda earned a BS from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She joined the College in 1996.
