The Annual SUNY Optometry Career Symposium


The Annual SUNY Optometry Career Symposium hosted by the Career Development Center is a forum that brings together students, residents, faculty and alumni for a day-long event to share developments, trends, practices and innovations in optometry and optometric career development.

This year, the 2nd Annual SUNY Optometry Career Symposium: Emerging Trends and Practices in Optometry will take place on Sunday, February 10, 2013. The event will feature a keynote address by Melvin Shipp, OD, MPH, DrPH –immediate past president of the American Public Health Association – interviewing and CV writing workshops, updates on healthcare reform, free CE credits and much more.
