Dr. Modica has been an assistant clinical professor at the University Eye Center since 1991. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1988 and completed a residency there in 1989. Dr. Modica teaches didactic coursework in neuro-ophthalmic disease and supervises patient care in the neuro-ocular disease service. She also supervises third and fourth year students in the primary care program.
