Dr. Arlene Schwartz graduated from SUNY, State College of Optometry in 1989 after receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University. In 1990, she completed a residency in Primary Care and Ocular Disease at the Newington VA Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. Schwartz came on staff at SUNY after the completion of her residency and is an Assisstant Clinical Professor.
