Our Vision Fee Plan is a flexible monthly payment option offered through AmeriFee. It is specifically designed for refractive surgery - with payments as low as $83 per month.

Company Flex Plan
Your company may offer a medical spending account, which allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for your medical expenses. Please contact your employer for more details.

We will be happy to assist you in determining whether your insurance company will cover your laser eye surgery. If your company does provide a benefit, our team can assist in filing your claim.
