Strategic Plan

Over the past year, a large working group consisting of faculty, staff , administrators, and students considered and debated the current landscape and future needs of optometry education, research, and patient care. Learning from the previous strategic plan and incorporating feedback from numerous constituencies, the Strategic Plan Working Group developed a five-year roadmap with seven strategic goals to foster excellence, innovation, and engagement across all areas of operation and raise the College’s profile as a leading optometric academic health center.
