He has pioneered evidence-based clinical decision support and digital health technologies, with a focus on responsible AI and improving patient care.
Dr. Monica Jong, Head of Medical Affairs North America, EssilorLuxottica Dr. Monica Jong is Head of Medical Affairs North America at EssilorLuxottica and former Executive Director and co-founder of the International Myopia Institute. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is dedicated to advancing myopia research, education, and practitioner development.

Dr. Neda Gioia, OD, CNS, FMCP, FOWNS, CFMP, Founder, Integrative Vision and SEEHealth LLC Dr. Neda Gioia is founder of Integrative Vision and SEEHealth LLC, where she integrates optometry, functional medicine, and clinical nutrition to support whole-person health. She is an advocate for ocular wellness, practitioner education, and women’s leadership in healthcare.
