Accreditation Notice:

• Please verify specific State licensure requirements with your State Board. i.e. Live-stream webinars aka “Interactive Distance Learning”
• Florida credits can only be earned by In-person participation on Saturday & Sunday.

Cancellation Notice:

• A refund or credit request must be emailed to ce@sunyopt.edu at least 7 days before the program date; a $25 administrative fee will be assessed for requests made after this deadline.
