Bio

Dr. Andrea Yang is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the State University of New York College of Optometry and a clinical faculty member at the University Eye Center. She supervises fourth-year interns in Primary Care and Glaucoma Advanced Care clinics. She teaches first- and second-year interns in the laboratory and gives lectures in the Ocular Disease Course. She received the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2013. Dr. Yang earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in 2000, and completed postgraduate residency training at SUNY in 2001.
