Bio

Dr. Sarah Zuckerman is an Assistant Clinical Professor in Clinical Education, and the Primary Care and Contact Lens Clinics at the State University of New York College of Optometry. She is involved in the education of optometry students in both classroom and clinical settings and has served as an Instructor of Record for Clinical Optometry I and II, courses emphasizing patient communication, clinical reasoning, examination techniques, and patient-centered care. She also serves as a faculty advisor to student organizations including Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key. Dr. Zuckerman became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry in 2016. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in 2015 and subsequently completed a residency in Family Practice/Ocular Disease Optometry.
