Bio

Dr. Steven Larson is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the State University of New York College of Optometry and a member of the University Eye Center's Vision Rehabilitation service. He is also the Chief Psychologist in the Learning Disabilities Unit of the Vision Rehabilitation Service. His background combines optometry and clinical psychology, providing an interdisciplinary perspective on vision, rehabilitation, and patient care. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University School of Optometry and subsequently completed residency training in Vision Therapy, and a Fellowship in Learning Disabilities, at the SUNY College of Optometry. He later earned a Masters of Science Degree in School Psychology from Brooklyn College Graduate School, and a Doctoral degree in School / Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University.
