Bio

Dr. Sweta Das currently serves as an associate clinical professor at SUNY College of Optometry committed to providing premier care to patients and remaining at the forefront of advancements in eye care technology. She completed a Primary Care residency at the Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2022 and is currently pursuing her Fellowship of the American Academy of Optometry. Having graduated with Honors earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Ophthalmic Medical Technology at the University of Ottawa in 2012 and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2017, she remains a lifelong learner. Dr. Das has worked in various OD/OMD and private optometry practices. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband, Brian, hiking, biking, canoeing and cross-country skiing.
