The College held its 3rd Annual Externship EXPO last month. The event is designed to provide an opportunity for care providers from a range of different practice modes and specializations to meet students and talk to them about their work prior to the students doing their fourth year externships. Representatives from dozens of institutions, including community health centers, hospitals, military hospitals, referral centers, private practices, interprofessional practices and specialty care practices all participated. The program, which was organized by the Career Development Center and the Department of Clinical Education, also included a Continuing Education component.
