Other Giving Opportunities

Student Scholarships

Our students aim to change the healthcare system by creating greater access in underserved communities, collaborating with other healthcare disciplines, and pursuing sight-saving research to improve peoples lives. Recognize their ambition to improve our lives and the lives of others.

Your donation in support of scholarship may be directed to the general scholarship fund, an annual named scholarship, or an endowed scholarship that gives in perpetuity.

Patients

Charitable Care Fund

A patient is never turned away from the University Eye Center regardless of their insurance or ability to pay whether they need a comprehensive exam or advanced care. With an average of nearly 70,000 patient encounters on site each year, we see everyone from infants to the elderly providing approximately $400,000 in free & discounted care.

Your financial support directed to patient care allows us to help an even greater number of people.

Patient Care Eye Exam

Sight Saving Research

Advance vision care and ocular health through supporting our team of students, principal investigators, and faculty as they seek to better understand the visual system along with the conditions and diseases that cause vision impairment through a variety of investigations.

Your gift, directed to our research area, gives us the greatest flexibility to support basic, clinical, and translational research initiatives.
